Wesley Freedom UMC, a large intergenerational congregation in Carroll County, MD is hiring a
Director of Children and Family Ministries.

 

A leader who is passionate about engaging children and families in faith formation and community will thrive in this position.
The director welcomes children and their families into relationship with Jesus and the church through genuine relationships and quality programming.
The director leads a team which designs, plans, equips, implements, and evaluates a large (100+) Sunday School and Children’s Ministry program.
As a part of the Wesley Freedom United Methodist Church senior staff team, the director contributes to the mission of sharing the story of God’s grace in an inclusive community.

 

This is a 40-hour full-time, salaried position, with PTO and benefits.  $55,000-$60,000.  An hourly position may be considered at the request of a candidate (minimum of 30hrs).
